Refund policy

At Mid Kerala Store, your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help with our 2-day return policy.

Returns

You have 2 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible, the item must be:

  • In the same condition as received

  • Unworn/unused, with all tags attached

  • In its original packaging

  • Accompanied by a valid receipt or proof of purchase

Mandatory Condition:
A box opening video (unboxing video) from the start of opening the sealed package is required for all return claims. Claims without video proof will not be accepted.

To request a return, email us at themidkeralastore@gmail.com with your order details, reason for return, and the unboxing video.

Once your request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with the return address and return instructions. Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


Damages & Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately with your unboxing video and photographs so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Non-Returnable Items

Some items are not eligible for returns, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized products

  • Personal care and hygiene products

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards


Exchanges

The fastest way to get the product you want is to return your original item (with approval and video proof).

After the return is accepted, place a new order for the replacement item.


Refunds

After receiving and inspecting your return, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund approval, contact us at themidkeralastore@gmail.com.

Returns or refund claims without a clear, uninterrupted box opening video will be rejected. This policy helps ensure fairness and prevent misuse.
